Marc Marquez is a famous Spanish MotoGP pilot who has won 4 World Championship titles in the 125 D.C., Moto2 and Moto GP. He is one of the pilots who has evolved fastest in motorcycling, being internationally recognized.

Marc Marquez was born on February 17, 1993 in Cervera, Spain. Being interested in motorcycles since childhood, the popular pilot started racing in 1998 with his first endure championship. After three years he participated in the Championship of Catalonia and, in 2003, he won the prestigious Open RACC 50 D.C. In the following years, Marquez moved up and participated for the first time in the Speed Spanish Championship, winning it in 2007. The famous pilot began to be recognized both domestically and internationally, becoming the youngest Spanish pilot get a pole in the Le Mans circuit in 2009.

The famous pilot signed in 2010 for the Finnish Red Bull Ajo Motorsport to ride a 125 Derbi RSA. That same season he became World Champion and completed one of the most important years in his career. In 2011 he won a race for the first time in Moto 2 with Suter, but he ended up the season in the second place due to different injuries that made him stay away from races. In 2012 he signed for the Honda Moto GP team and that same year he won the World Championship in Moto2 in the Australian Grand Prix. He already was considered a phenomenon among the fans of this sport.

Marquez continued to be successful in the following seasons. In 2013, he became the Moto GP World Champion. He has been one of the few motorcycle riders to have gone so far at an early age. The famous pilot repeated leadership the following year, so he achieved two consecutive world titles. Also, Marquez got several awards among which there are the National Sports Award and the Silver Medal at the Royal Order of Sports Merit. In 2015 he finished in the third place despite winning five races and get four second places. Overall, Marquez has won more than 50 races in a total of 172 races he has done since his debut in 125 D.C. in 2008. This proves the talent of the Spanish popular pilot.
